  • 1/2 months rent for deposit, $150.00

      Short term sites​

  • Short term sites are $425.00/month which includes electricity

  • Weekly and weekend rates available

  • 2 night minimum stay 

Site Deposit Policy

​Site deposit for long term monthly sites is $150.00.  We don’t have any long-term lease requirements for these sites; however, we expect our guests to remain for an extended period of time.  The site deposit is necessary to protect the business against lost revenue from departing guests.

Refund Terms

As stated above, we expect our guests to remain an extended term.   Should a new guest depart before three (3) full months of rental the entire deposit will be forfeited and not returned to the renter.   If the guest departs before six (6) full months of rental, half of the deposit will be forfeited and not returned to the renter.  Once the six (6) full months of rental has been reached the guest will be entitled to a full refund upon final departure, assuming the site is ready to be rented.
